What we keep, and why

If you give us your email address for opening news, we keep it to send you that news and nothing else. You can leave the list at any time from any email we send.

If you write to our zoological team, we keep your message and your details to answer you.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited and approximate location). Analytics cookies are optional: you can accept or reject them in the banner, and change your choice later from Cookie settings in the footer. We do not load Google Analytics until you accept.

We do not sell your personal details. We do not use advertising cookies. Newsletter and professional messages are used only to reply or send the news you asked for.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, write to us from the same address.
